HATTINGLEY VALLEY CLASSIC RESERVE 75CL

Hattingley Valleys beautiful Classic Reserve – made from a blend of several vintage wines (18% reserve wines). Grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. 15% of this wine was barrel fermented in old White Burgundy barrels and partial malolactic fermentation took place in order to soften the wine’s natural acidity. After blending the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and spent a minimum of 18 months ageing on its lees and at least 5 months on cork before release in our cellars add complexity to create our signature style.

BOLNEY WINE ESTATE - CUVEE ROSE 75CL

An elegant and delicate, single vintage, traditional method sparkling wine. Salmon pink colour in the glass full of lots of tiny bubbles. Floral and red apple aromas lead to red apple & cranberry on the palate with a bright, fresh finish and lovely length.

BOLNEY WINE ESTATE - BOLNEY BUBBLY 75CL

Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower. It is delicate and well balanced, finishing with a soft fresh hint of sweetness.

BOLNEY WINE ESTATE - PINOT GRIS 75CL

Medium-bodied and smooth, plenty of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle. Fresh finish with some grassy notes.

This elegant one bottle hinged wooden box for wine is made from Tung wood, which is native to China. The timber is from verifiable sources that meet the minimum standards of good forestry management. Each finished box is stamped with the FSC logo on the base of the wooden box verifying chain of custody.

Using techniques popular in furniture production, the 10mm belt on this wooden box for wine bottles, is crafted with finger joints on each corner. The lid and the base is made from 4mm timber. Once assembled, the wooden wine box is sanded down and finished with a clear varnish that brings out the natural grain in the wood. The strong silver plated hinges and sprint mounted clasp enhance the overall quality.
